Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical NFC cards within India only.

We dispatch your card within 3–5 working days after you approve the design.

Delivery takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Shipping is included in the NFC card price.

We handle fulfilment manually. When your card is dispatched, we send the tracking details manually by email or WhatsApp using the contact details supplied with your order.

Check your delivery address before ordering. If it is wrong, contact us promptly. We can update it before dispatch; after dispatch, an address change may not be possible.

If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned, we pause redispatch, confirm the correct address with you and agree the next step before sending it again. Contact us with your order reference if tracking shows a delivery problem.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a free replacement. Read the cancellation and refunds policy for the full process.
